Rainbows United, Inc. is currently looking for candidates for our Autism Specialist/BCBA position. This is a part-time (30 hours) benefit eligible position in which you will conduct assessments to determine client needs, develop individual behavior plans and provide support and direction to the assigned Autism IIS Worker(s).
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you must adhere to BCBA best practice standards and guidelines, possess excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills and have a keen understanding of behavioral principles and how to effectively implement them.
A master's degree is required and a minimum of 2 years’ experience providing services to children and families with autism.
BCBA certification required
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Must be proficient in Microsoft office and data entry
