Official Rules:

1. This contest is open to people of any age, however, the parent or guardian of a minor will be legally responsible for the winning vehicle.
2. All proceeds will benefit Rainbows United, Inc.
3. The winner will be announced on March 17, 2013.
4. No employees or board members of Rainbows United, Inc. or Parks Motors are eligible to win.
5. The Chevy Spark Blarney Breakfast giveaway will be a blind drawing of one (1) ticket only.
6. Once a person signs the entry slip and makes the donation, there will be no refunds.  You are under no obligation to make a donation.  However, we request a donation of $10 per ticket.
7. The person who receives the Chevy Spark agrees to have their name and picture released to the press and other promotional activities planned by Rainbows United, Parks Motors or any other promotional partner of the Blarney Breakfast.
8. The person who receives the Chevy Spark will be personally responsible for paying all taxes, licenses, insurance and any other charges incurred in owning the vehicle.
9. In order to receive a ticket without making a donation, write on a 3”x5” index card. Draw me for the Blarney Chevy Spark Giveaway” and mail it to Rainbows United, 3223 N. Oliver Ave, Wichita, KS 67220 and include a stamped, self-addressed envelope for notification purposes. Entries must be post marked no later than March 13, 2013. This is the entry process for each ticket requested.
10. The winner may not take possession of the vehicle until a legal transaction is scheduled and completed at Parks Chevrolet during normal business hours.
