Research Coordinator, Dr. Jane Eby joined Rainbows in 2004 in a practicum position. She has a Ph. D. in Community Psychology and a MFA in Studio Arts, both from Wichita State University.
Jane is a fan of Rainbows because of her personal experiences. She says, “I know from experience what a difference early intervention makes and was so impressed with how Rainbows’ staff interacted with me, my husband, and my daughter when she was an infant – through preschool. I want other families to be able to have all the services we have had – including home-based, center-based, respite, in home support and Camp Woodchuck.”
Jane inspires others when she tells her Rainbows’ story and how as new parents of a child with special needs Rainbows helped them.
Jane is married to Randy Kust and mom to Laura & Leo Kust and likes to cook.
