Physical Therapist – $5,000 Sign-on Bonus

Sign-On Bonus: We are offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus to the candidate who fills this role! The first $2,500 will be paid on the first check after employment begins and the second $2,500 will be paid out after completing one year of service.

Job Duties:

  • Develops and implements effective treatment plans for children birth to age 5.
  • Supervises PT Assistants and/or Aides.
  • Deals effectively with public and co-workers in a professional manner..
  • Complies with agency and departmental safety policies and procedures.
  • Ability to read and write the English language.


  • Must have a Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy and be licensed in the state of Kansas.
  • Previous experience working with families and children preferred. Requires excellent organizational and problem solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
  • Must have good written and oral communications skills and be able to interact with others in a professional manner


  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
  • Works effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work effectively with parents, children, public, and other professionals.
  • Ability to perform work tasks within the physical demand requirements as outlined below.
