Hello from the Finance Department! Ever wonder about the process of recording deposits, bank drafts, tracking grant income and expenses, reporting mileage and 401K contributions, generating childcare invoices, reconciliation of accounts and credit cards or how to allocate expenses and just pay the bills? I didn’t think so. Don’t worry, we got it covered! We are Rhonda Allen and Fiona Li.
Rhonda has been with Rainbows for more than 3 years joining during the height of Covid after years in Healthcare Administration. She and her husband Shawn have three grown children and two new grandsons all of which live out of state. You may see Rhonda in the classroom hallways googling at the babies and enjoying getting to interact with the children.
Fiona joined Rainbows in 2021 as staff accountant. She and her husband Tao have a 5-year-old, Oliver who keeps them busy with playdates, and variety of sport lessons. In her spare time Fiona enjoys reading, baking, and tackling her endless amount of art projects.
Under the direction of our fearless leader Andy Walston, VP of Finance we try to keep all the numbers accurate and timely. If you ARE ever wondering about any of these things or other fun number games feel free to stop by for a visit in our new office!
