Hale has been a long-time supporter of Rainbows and stepped in as Restructuring Officer in August 2009. His leadership led the agency to refocus on children with special needs, birth through age 21, in our community.
A retired businessman, Hale brings a lifetime of business experience and passion to his role on the Rainbows’ board since July 1, 2010. He is well known in the community from his many years as Chairman and CEO of Ritchie Corporation. He gained prominence and respect for his commitment to business ethics and customer service. Staff at Rainbows recognize him as a passionate leader with a big heart.

Ritchie is married to wife, Janie and has 2 sons, 2 daughters and 9 grandchildren.
