BBB Integrity Awards Honor Ethical Business Practices

Rainbows' honored with BBB Integrity Award

Wichita, Kan. –   Rainbows United was recognized with the BBB crystal flame Integrity Award and special meals provided by BBB.  These Awards focus on demonstrated ethical business practices with key stakeholders including customers, employees and community at large, rather than a company’s growth, profitability or popularity. The Integrity Award Winners were chosen by an independent panel of judges consisting of Wichita business leaders and members of the academic community.

Three celebrations are in progress honoring employees and board members who made the award possible.

Thursday, September 1: Kids’ Cove, 2258 North Lakeway Circle, Wichita

Thursday, September 8: Bright Beginnings, 409 North Main,  El Dorado

Tuesday, September 13: Kids’ Point, 3223 North Oliver Avenue, Wichita

“BBB’s Integrity Award Winners have shown that ethics and integrity are core values of their organization,” said Jim Hegarty, President and Chief Executive Officer, of Better Business Bureau, Inc. serving Nebraska, South Dakota, The Kansas Plains and Southwest Iowa.   “The 2016 BBB Integrity Award Winners join an elite group of organizations that realize dealing fairly and honestly with employees, customers and partners are central to profitability and growth.
