Fitch and Southards Take Positions at Rainbows

New Major Gifts Officer and Family Support Services Coordinator

Wichita, Kan. – Rainbows United is pleased to announce that Katherine Fitch has taken the position of Major Gift Officer. Fitch comes to Rainbows with extensive not-for Profit fundraising experience.

Fitch is a graduate of Converse College in Spartanburg, South Carolina with degrees in English and Politics. She is also a graduate of University of Tennessee Social Enterprise program.

Rainbows is also pleased to announce that Lynlea Southards has taken the position of Family Support Services Coordinator. She is a graduate of Emporia State University with a bachelor’s degree in Education. She has experience with children with special needs, including autism and behavior challenges.

Rainbows United, Inc. served more than 3,200 children birth – 21 with special needs or at risk throughout Sedgwick and Butler Counties last year. Rainbows is dedicated to enhancing the lives of children with special needs and their families by bringing together community resources and providing customized services as they have been for the past 45 years.
