Thank you for enrolling with Surency Flex. You may now log in to your Member Account at Surency.com.
If you have already registered for the Member Account during online enrollment or you have participated in a prior Plan Year with Surency, your username and password have not changed. If this is your first time enrolling with Surency Flex please use the information provided below to log in to your Member Account.
How to Register for your Member Account: Use the Surency Flex Member Account to manage your account, submit receipts, request reimbursements and more!
To register for your Member Account, visit Surency.com. Select to view as a Member, then select Flex under Login in the top right corner. Select ‘Create your new username and password’ under New User on the right side of the screen.
Mobile App: You have 24/7 access to your account through the Surency Flex mobile app. Simply search for Surency Flex on the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Direct Deposit: Paid for a claim out-of-pocket and need to get reimbursed? Sign-up for Direct Deposit by going to the Accounts tab and selecting Banking/Cards.
Receive Your Notification via Email or Text: Provide your email address or mobile phone number to receive notifications electronically. Within the Member Account you can update your notification preferences by going to the Message Center.
