Facilities Coordinator Dustin Hudson brings almost 30 years of hands-on construction experience with him to Rainbows. Dustin joined the Rainbows’ team in June 2022. “The mission drew me to apply, and then seeing the kids led me to accept the position,” he said.
A U.S. Army Veteran, Dustin loves a challenge. “You see a need for something, and you learn to accommodate in different ways,” he said. His motto: Every day is a good day. It’s all in what you do with it.
“I appreciate Dustin’s positive attitude and how he approaches every day with a smile,” said Lindsey Kral, Vice President of Programs. “He is always willing to help out. He’s a great fit for the Rainbows’ team!”
Dustin and wife, Amy have six children. Amy has been in Social Work for more than 20 years and encouraged Dustin to look at working for a nonprofit. “We live it,” said Dustin.
