When you visit Rainbows’ Bright Beginnings in El Dorado, the first smiling face you see is Jill Morrow, Program Assistant. Bright and kind, Jill works behind the scenes of the Butler County Infant/Toddler Services.
When Jill’s son was in Kindergarten, Susan Harsh (Bright Beginnings Coordinator) asked that she start at Rainbows. “I started working part time, then moved to full time. My son is now Sophomore in high school, time flies,” Jill said.
As Program Assistant, Jill’s days are filled with answering phones and paperwork, paperwork, paperwork.
“What I enjoy most is teaming days,” Jill said. “Listening to the therapists talk about the families they work with. I am amazed at how much knowledge they have.”
Working at Rainbows has given Jill a new appreciation for being a parent of her three children. Her hobbies include traveling to watch her kids play sports.
