Rainbows welcomed Lance Lechtenberg, Financial Advisor at Raymond James, to the Board of Directors in 2025.
Passionate about serving both his clients and community, Lance is a member of his local Kiwanis Club, which is dedicated to improving the lives of children, and of the Butler Community College Board of Trustees. He also has past experience with the El Dorado Airport Advisory Board and Board of Directors, and the Butler Community College Foundation Board.
Lance enjoys spending time with his wife, Lisa, and their kids, William, Joseph and Katie, on their farm. He also enjoys golfing and making the most of his pilot’s license.
