Rainbows welcomed Michelle Moe Witte, Partner and Senior Attorney at Martin Pringle Law Firm, to the Board of Directors in 2025.
Michelle has a passion for connecting with and helping people, and through her legal practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation and employment law.
A self-proclaimed music theatre junkie, Michelle has previously served as the President of the Music Theatre Wichita board of directors, on the Laughing Feet board, and is an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management, the Kansas Women Attorneys Association, and the Wichita Bar Association. Michelle is a passionate advocate for creative childcare solutions, focusing on employer incentives, legal aspects, and workforce innovation to improve childcare access in the Wichita area.
