As an early childhood educator, Misty is helping build and shape Rainbows Academy from the beginning. Her dedication to high-quality learning for preschoolers has brought innovative, developmentally appropriate classroom experience to this important role.
Her experience as a preschool teacher and education coach brings proven ideas and practices aligned with state early learning standards. In her role, she oversees classroom teachers and staff, while ensuring a safe, supportive environment for young children of all abilities.

Misty has a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood and Elementary Education from Wichita State University. She is also licensed as a Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) Center Program Director.
