Rainbows is 100% local serving Butler and Sedgwick Counties in Kansas. The Butler County Infant/Toddler team covers the geographically largest County in the state.
Rainbows’ 4th Annual GLOW Run|Walk on Saturday, April 18 benefits children and families served in Butler County. The event includes a 5K race and a 1 mile family fun walk. Strollers and wheelchairs are welcomed to this event! Services in Butler County include Targeted Case Management (TCM) and Infant/Toddler Services (ITS). TCM provides assistance in finding and securing the programs, services and financial aid children with special needs and their families need. ITS provides the hands on therapies by Rainbows’ talented therapists that help infants and toddlers with developmental delays play, share, learn and grow. This year the GLOW Run|Walk is moving to a new location! The event will begin and end at Lincoln Elementary School in Augusta, Kansas. On April 18, registration and packet pick up begin at 7 pm. In order to achieve the true glow effect, the 5K race and 1 mile family fun walk will start later this year at 8:30 p.m. The award ceremony will begin at 9:15 p.m. Join in the glow-tastic fun and register or start a team today!
