Joining the Board of Directors in 2023, Doug has a long history of support to the children of Rainbows as a member of the Operations Committee and Technology Task Force. Doug is COO of Cox Machine, joining the business in 2004.
A graduate of Friends University, he has a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations.
He says he’s a fan of Rainbows because “I am truly impressed by the profound and meaningful difference that Rainbows United brings to the lives of children and families. The dedicated support from the staff leaves a lasting impact, frequently empowering these children to achieve success and make meaningful, positive contributions to their communities.”
