Jaime is a visionary leader whose strategic mindset and deep fundraising expertise have consistently translated mission into momentum. Her ability to cultivate authentic relationships and inspire generosity makes her an extraordinary addition to our team. Jaime has had a long career in the nonprofit sector serving as a fundraising leader, communicator and project manager.
With a heart for service, Jaime will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and deepening our impact for children with special needs and their families. “Her leadership marks a meaningful step forward in our journey—and we couldn’t be more excited about what’s ahead,” said Rachel Banning, President. As Vice President of Advancement, Jaime is responsible for overall management and execution of development, marketing, communications, and volunteer engagement for Rainbows United.
Jaime is a member of the Junior League of Wichita and the Meadowlark Elementary Site Council in Andover. Jaime is married to Matt and has two children, Hailey and Adam.
