Milestones Celebrated at All Staff Event

IMPACT: Leaving something behind in others’ lives

IMPACT was the theme of Rainbows’ 2024 All Staff event, Monday, August 5, at The Wichita State University Metroplex.

New president Rachel Banning shared her inspiring story of IMPACT that helped everyone get to know her and how she is able to relate first-hand to the mission of Rainbows we all hold near and dear.
Mental Health Specialist Alice Boutz was recognized as the 2023 Prism Award honoree and celebrated for the IMPACT she has made on the children, families and staff at Rainbows.
