A creative professional who joined the Rainbows team in 2006, Michelle brings color and creativity to the website, social media engagement and loves to tell the stories of the families whose lives have been impacted through Rainbows’ services. “It’s a privilege to talk to a family whose life has been changed through the services Rainbows provides,” said Michelle. “I love hearing about not only the progress the children and young adults have made, but the transformation that occurs when the family sees their child as a precious gift with unique characteristics and potential.”
Michelle is Vice President of Marketing and Communications and oversees internal and external communications, publications, branding, printing, design, and volunteers. A servant leader, she seeks to inspire each individual she works with to greater confidence and accomplishment. She collaborates with the Rainbows Board of Directors Communications Committee.
A member of the Wichita Chapter of the American Marketing Association Board of Directors, Leadership Wichita Class of 2013, Advance Kansas 14 (2022), Michelle is generous with her time, talents and treasure investing in others and her community.
An Iowa country-girl who enjoys any opportunity to explore the world, Michelle holds an Associate Degree in commercial art, a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and earned her MBA at Southwestern College, Winfield, Kansas.
Michelle is married to Charlie, the love of her life. They have 3 children.
