Tiffany Owens is an early childhood special education teacher who was inspired to work in this area because of her nephew born with Down syndrome. “It sparked an interest on how to teach and work with children who have special need needs,” she said. Tiffany has a teaching certificate for elementary K-9, a certificate in early childhood education and a master’s degree in early childhood special education. She works at Rainbows’ Bright Beginnings and travels all over Butler County to see children in their home or at a child care center.
Tiffany is a member of AMBUCS, an organization that works toward creating mobility and independence for people with disabilities. In her spare time she likes to spend time with her family and grandchildren. She also likes to dance and sing karaoke.
